Action plan to avoid losing EU funds

The convoy accompanying Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, on their way to the Balvanyos Summer University with Romanian police escort, suffered an accident on Friday afternoon between Kelementelke and Erdőszentgyörgy in Romania. The car carrying the Prime Minister was not involved in the accident.
Government to remove foreign-currency denominated mortgages from market

The Government has given the economy minister, Mihály Varga, a mandate to remove foreign-currency denominated mortgages from the Hungarian financial system, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said in his regular morning interview on Kossuth public radio, adding that a solution is required, which does not endanger the financial system.
