More and more production companies are establishing their service centres in Hungary, and two thirds of them are considering further investment. The almost 80 such centres already operating in the country employ more than 30 thousand people. According to Ernst & Young’s SSC report, the majority of companies regard Hungary's qualified workforce and high level of expertise as the country’s major strengths.

Connecting to the space industry involves the opportunity of economic success, Deputy State Secretary for Infocommunication Károly Balázs Solymár said on the occasion that a long-term agreement was signed between Aluinvent Ltd. and the European Space Agency in Budapest, on 25 February 2014. The cooperation targets the manufacturing and testing of ultra light aluminium foam product prototypes to be used as space industry applications.
