Hungary's State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and External Economic Relations held talks in Montevideo and signed bilateral agreements with Uruguay on economic and education cooperation, on Thursday.
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán is attending a two-day EU summit on Eastern Partnership which started in Vilnius, Lithuania, on Thursday.
