As part of the series of bilateral consultations that began in August, on 8 October 2010 Minister of National Development Tamás Fellegi, who is also Government Commissioner responsible for Hungarian-Russian economic relations and co-chairman of the Hungarian-Russian Intergovernmental Economic Cooperation Committee (IECC), had talks in Budapest with the Russian co-chairman of the IECC, First Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov.
