No Discrimination in the Hungarian Defence Forces

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the National Roma Self-Government (OCÖ) have signed a cooperation agreement on providing education and finding jobs for young gypsies who are fit for and have interest in the military service; the document was signed by Minister of Defence Csaba Hende and Flórián Farkas, the president of the OCÖ in Budapest on November 27.

Hungarian Defence Forces accredited JTAC capability by both NATO and the USA

The Hungarian Defence Forces have officially been declared able and qualified to use the full range of so-called Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) capability, as both NATO and the United States of America have accredited the Hungarian JTAC capability, among the first ones in the world. The Ministry of Defence received the certificate this week.
