Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and External Economic Relations Péter Szijjártó held negotiations in Parliament with Václav Klaus, President of the Czech Republic, who is on an official visit to Hungary.
The Hungarian Head of Government informed the Czech President that public debt had been reduced to 77 percent over a period of two years. The Prime Minister pointed out that Central Europe would be the engine of European growth, but countries of the region should cooperate closely to reach this goal.
