Prime Minister Viktor Orbán met with Federico Ghizzoni, CEO of UniCredit Banking Group on Friday and discussed the prospects of the European and Hungarian economies.
Mr Ghizzoni stated that UniCredit deems the Hungarian economy’s outlook to be good and plans long-term engagement in the country. He pointed out that 2014 will be a better year for Europe, bringing growth, adding that Hungary will also follow this path.
The parties also talked about strengthening UniCredit’s role in financing SMEs and increasing their exports.
