Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, alongside State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and External Economic Relations Péter Szijjártó received Cemil Cicek the Speaker of the Turkish Parliament on Tuesday.
The Speaker expressed his gratitude for Hungary’s support for Turkey’s EU accession. The two parties agreed that the Hungarian-Turkish joint economic committee will prepare an action plan on how to boost economic relations between the two countries and agreed to mutual prime ministerial visits.
During the meeting they emphasised the special importance of cooperation in the energy industry and tourism.
