State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and External Economic Relations Peter Szijjártó is leaving for a two-day visit to Azerbaijan on Sunday.

Szijjártó, who co-chairs the Hungarian-Azerbaijan joint economic committee, will hold talks in Baku with Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev and Executive Director of the State Oil Fund Shahmar Movsumov on the potential involvement of Hungarian companies in Azerbaijani projects.

Szijjártó is also scheduled to meet the head of the local securities market watchdog as well as the foreign and security policy advisor to President Ilham Aliyev.
