Hungary plans to build ten new border crossings along its border with Croatia, Hungary's State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and External Economic Relations Péter Szijjártó said on Monday.
Mr Szijjártó held talks with Drazen Pros, Croatian Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship and Crafts, and exchanged views on cooperation among small and medium-sized businesses from both countries.
Currently seven border crossings operate along the 350km border and Hungary will add ten crossing points in order to aid cross-border business ties, he stated. Croatia is one of Hungary's most important trading partners and is the country's fourth biggest investor.
