The Hungarian Government has received a letter from Brussels concerning the scheme to cut household utility bills Government Spokesperson András Giró-Szász stated on Wednesday.
The cabinet will discuss options for a professional response next week but general information will be provided to Brussels prior to this, to make it clear that the utility scheme is a highly important initiative for Hungarian society, and the government plans to make the public utility sector operate on a non-profit basis.
