Hungary is calling for an effective political dialogue to start between Ukraine's government and the opposition to resolve the crisis, the Foreign Ministry's Deputy State Secretary for Security Policy Szabolcs Takács stated on Wednesday. He declared that Hungary condemned all forms of violence.
