The Ministry of National Development welcomes the official announcement on the establishment of the V4G4 Centre of Excellence, which marks the beginning of the joint work of nuclear research institutes in the Visegrad Region (the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Centre for Energy Research /MTA EK/, the Polish Narodowym Centrum Badań Jądrowych /NCBJ/, the Czech ÚJV Řež, a.s. and the Slovakian VUJE, a.s.) for the research, development and innovation of Generation IV (G4) nuclear reactors.

This is a 7,000 sq. ft. traveling exhibition exploring the innovations and insights inspired by 40 years of the Cube will debut in New Jersey following which in the next 7 years it will tour the world. The exhibition is financially supported by the Hungarian Government.
State Secretary for External Economic Relations and Foreign Affairs Péter Szijjártó declared that Hungary is aiming to become one of the production centres of Europe so that it can be in the strongest position possible following the crisis. According to the State Secretary, this goal was served by the Government’s economic policy measures, and this is why measures have been implemented to restore budget discipline and decrease government debt.
Tourism is one of the fastest recovering sectors following the crisis; the main tourism-related indices reached their pre-crisis level again by 2011, and grew further significantly exceeding figures in 2012. In 2013 the favorable trend is continuing.
