Effective as of 3 December 2010, the Minister for national development, Tamás Fellegi has been appointed Government Commissioner for Hungarian-Chinese Economic Relations for a term of 18 months.
Tamás Fellegi has been given the task of promoting all initiatives aiming to expand and intensify Hungarian-Chinese economic and trade cooperation, in particular, the deepening of bilateral economic relations and trade exchange, as well as encouraging Chinese investment activities in Hungary that create new jobs.
The government is looking to expand the bilateral economic and trade relations between Hungary and China and make a contribution to the improvement of European-Chinese relations.
