During his visit to Moscow on 27 August 2010, Mr. Tamás Fellegi, Government Commissioner responsible for Hungarian-Russian economic relations and Minister of National Development.

Mr. Tamás Fellegi, Government Commissioner responsible for Hungarian-Russian economic relations and Minister of National Development, met First Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov and discussed with him, among other matters, the registration of the ownership of the 21 percent share package in MOL Nyrt held by Surgutneftegas. During the talks, both parties confirmed that they regard this issue to be a high priority and the Russian side suggested that the issue should be put on the agenda of the forthcoming meeting of the Hungarian-Russian Intergovernmental Economic Cooperation Committee.
The government representatives have not had a meeting with the representatives of the energy company as yet.
