Minister of Human Resources Zoltán Balog is attending the Informal meeting of Ministers for Employment, Social Affairs, Health and Consumer Affairs (EPSCO) on 12-13 July, organized by the Cyprus presidency of the EU Council of Ministers.

EU leaders in Employment and Social Affairs will examine possible forms of cooperation with social partners, civil organizations and local governments, aimed at eradicating poverty and boosting employment.

EU Member States will discuss national experiences and opportunities for EU-level progress.  The Hungarian government will also be represented by Secretary of State for Employment Sándor Czomba.
