About 500 seniors from 23 local and regional clubs in Hungary held on August 9th their annual open-air meeting in the village of Tiszabercel.

Celebrated within the frame of the 13th Tiszabercel Cultural Days, 17 senior art and dance groups from the surrounding communities performed for the audience.

Erika Asztalosné Zupcsán, Deputy State Secretary responsible for Social Affairs, presented the message and goals of the European Year for Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations and answered their questions about pensions and other issues.
