The Hungarian Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH) opened its “Magic Valley” centre for teaching media understanding on Thursday in Budapest. The opening ceremony was attended by Parliamentary State Secretary András Doncsev from the Ministry for Human Resources and by NMHH President Mónika Karas.

Mr. Doncsev said at the ceremony that the facility will offer state-of-the-art equipment for the younger generation so they can arm themselves with knowledge in the face of challenges from the virtual world and enhance their digital competence, but that they should also learn the value of being human.
