Minister Martonyi Appointed Ministerial Commissioner for UN Water Conference

Parliamentary State Secretary Zsolt Nèmeth declared that the cooperation of Visegrád, Baltic and Nordic states could be efficient when it comes to EU enlargement, EU neighbourhood policy and relations with Russia.
