Fifteen Turkish secondary school students arrived on Thursday to Siofok in western Hungary where they will spend two weeks as part of a rehabilitation scheme supported by the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The youth and two accompanying adults were received at the Siofok city hall and were shown around town by volunteers. The organisers have taken special care to ensure that their stay is in line with Muslim religious regulations. Their daily menus have been prepared avoiding pork and a secluded bathing area in Lake Balaton has been arranged, where female students can swim. The guests will be visiting several famous sites around Hungary and including the cities of Pécs and Budapest.
