Deputy State Secretary Gergely Prőhle met with actress Andrea Osvárt, the „face” of the current Hungarian-Italian cultural season, which includes concerts, exhibitions, performances, film screenings and book presentations which will be held in six Hungarian and eight Italian cities.

Deputy State Secretary Prőhle received Andrea Osvárt to thank her for her contribution to the cultural season, to discuss how cultural diplomacy could be bolstered in relations between the two countries and what opportunities could be exploited to advance cooperation within the film industry.

Deputy State Secretary Prőhle declared that the objective of the season was to increase Hungarian awareness of Italy's role in Central Europe and to advance Central European thinking in Italy.
