On March 15, Deputy State Secretary Gergely Prőhle paid a visit to Hamburg, Germany, at the invitation of former mayor of the city Klaus von Dohnanyi and the Hungarian community in Hamburg.
The Hungarian Deputy State Secretary gave a lecture about the current political situation in Hungary at the prestigious Übersee Club. Gergely Prőhle, in the discussion following his lecture, spoke about the public debate concerning the Fourth Amendment of the new Hungarian Constitution.
Gergely Prőhle also gave a lecture on the occasion of Hungary's national holiday at the Hungarian Association in Hamburg. He analyzed the current situation in Hungary and the country's position within the EU with reference to the objectives of the 1848 Revolution that broke out on March 15.
