Resource management duties includes inter alia: management of the MoD’s central logistics and infrastructure resources;
- budget planning and execution,
- financial management and implementation of NSIP projects,
- drafting of the Annual Procurement Plan,
- management of the (Inter)National Support System of CRO and operation and financial management of the Office as a separate budgetary entity.
- Life-cycle management of defence assets,
- Development and dissemination of related technical orders, manuals,
- Definition of technical requirements for armament development projects,
- Participation in armaments development planning, design and R&D process, and procurement of new defence systems,
- providing technological information and professional background for the modernization of defence equipment,
- planning and execution of military technological research & development,
- military quality assurance activities,
- coordination of standardisation process and technological integration,
- codification,
- MoD infrastructure management and related budgeting activities,
- coordination of MoD facilities (estate and built facilities) operation, utilization, maintenance and management / servicing procedure,
- special defence of military installations,
- estate development and management,
- housing-material supply,
- management, development and maintenance of MoD owned housing,
- MoD lead environmental protection and waste management,
- procurement of armaments, equipment and materials for Hungarian Defence Forces.
