The Office has several departments such as: Military Building Permission Authority, Military Construction Controlling Authority, Military Labour Safety Authority, Dangerous Military Facilities Controlling and Fire Safety Authority.
These departments support the work of the Director, helping his office to deliver the primary authority over specified areas within the Ministry of Defence declared in various governmental resolutions.
The Head of the Office has the legal rights as primary authority over the cases listed below:
- granting building permission for defence, military and national security facilities,
- controlling the construction works of the defence, military and national security facilities,
- supervision of the military labour safety within the military bases and facilities,
- supervision of the dangerous military facilities,
- military fire safety management,
- supervision of the harmful gas that cause damage to the environment.
