The Hungarian Defence Forces Peace Support Training Centre (HDF PSTC) has demonstrated that the HDF have the capabilities and skills necessary for training the soldiers of the NATO partner countries.
In the final part of the nine-month training the HDF PSTC has completed the assigned tasks. The International Special Operations Course organized by Hungary for the first time has proved to be successful.
The students of the HDF Szolnok PSTC Special Operations Course have successfully passed Military Aid (MA), one of the most complicated exams of the training. In the final stage of the course soldiers had to demonstrate their abilities to conduct military operations in cooperation with the special operations groups.
During the military practice simulated attacks were carried out against the camp with mortar and small arms fire. The International Special Operations Course organized in Hungary is considered an outstanding performance not only in Hungary but in Europe, as well.
