The role and responsibilities of the Controlling Department are:
- to establish, operate and develop the defence controlling system, to provide the Senior Staff with credible, adequate and appropriate information in order to effectively support the decision making process,
- to elaborate the policy and principles of the defence resource management system and its framework regulations, to develop resource management methods and to analyze the practical implementation of the high level guidelines,
- to coordinate the implementation of the IT support for the resource management.
