- as the central organ of the Ministry of Defence responsible for apartment management, the control and development of the operation of the apartment management system of the Ministry of Defence. Elaboration of strategic concepts, analysis and measures in the field of apartment provision,
- in case of properties owned by the Hungarian State but in the trusteeship of the Ministry of Defence implementation of tasks relating to real estate management and the exercise of trusteeship,
- coordination of the preparation of ministerial decisions and professional measurements relating to building affairs management activities.
