Hungary is represented by Minister of Defence Csaba Hende at the 49th Munich Security Policy Conference held between 1st and 3rd February, 2013. This is one of the most prestigious international security policy conferences, which, as usual, examines the current issues in security and defence policy in an informal setting.

The politicians participating in the event and the recognized subject matter experts will exchange ideas on the crisis of the Euro, the emerging powers, cyber security, the security situation of South-Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, the future of European defence, the crises in Mali and Syria as well as Iran’s bid for power.
