The 2012 data of the central subsystem of the state budget

In February 2012 the deficit of the central subsystem of the state budget was 393.9bn HUF. Within that, the central budget had a deficit of 404.5bn HUF, social security funds had a deficit of 3.7bn HUF and the extrabudgetary funds had a surplus of 14.3bn HUF. In February 2011 the central subsystem of the state budget had a deficit of 436.9bn HUF.

Therefore, at the end of February 2012, the deficit of the central subsystem of the state budget was 286.6bn HUF, whereas at the end of February 2011 it was 559.7bn HUF.

In case of pro-rata deficits of the central subsystem in 2011 and 2012 calculated on identical bases and excluding one-off items, the deficit of 32.1 percent this year was more favourable than the 39.4 percent figure of last year.
