    <title type="html"><![CDATA[New Sure Start Children’s Centre Opened]]></title>
    <summary type="html"><![CDATA[Péter Garai, Deputy State Secretary for Social Inclusion of the Ministry of Human Resources, opened the Bódvalenke Sure Start Children’s Centre known as Freskófalu (Fresco Village) on Thursday. The Deputy State Secretary said in his speech that there are currently children’s centres in more than 110 localities throughout the country. Sure Start Children’s Centres are being established in the country’s most disadvantaged regions as well as in disadvantaged localities or districts with large Roma populations.]]></summary>

    <title type="html"><![CDATA[National Cultural Fund launches new pop music program ]]></title>
    <summary type="html"><![CDATA[Hungary’s National Cultural Fund (NKA) will launch a new popular music support program under the name of former pop singer Tamás Cseh, Minister for Human Resources Zoltán Balog announced on Monday in Budapest. Balog said that the Tamás Cseh program will have a budget 400 million forints (EUR 1.31 million) this year and at least 100-100 million in the next two years. Hungary has annual copyright tax revenues of 4 billion forints on blank data storage devices such as DVDs or pen drives, and according to a law passed in 2013, 25% of this tax will be transferred from this year to NKA, allowing for additional initiatives as the Tamás Cseh program. ]]></summary>

    <summary type="html"><![CDATA[State-subsidised kindergarten places are also available to those children, whose parents receive childcare support, Minister of State for Social and Family Affairs Miklós Soltész said at a press conference on Wednesday.
He said that by the end of this administration’s current term (in April) the Government will have spent 28 billion forints (EUR 91,000) on creating an additional 5,000 nursery places. He also said the Government is currently looking at where additional nursery places will be needed during the 2014-2020 EU budget period.]]></summary>
